TOKYO HY-POWER HL-200E Power Amplifier

The HL-200E with heatsink is an ideal power amplifier for amateur radio equipment.
I used it a little in the past and kept it stored at home. It was found during a move, and since I no longer need it, I am selling it.
I have not been able to confirm power on, so I would appreciate purchases from those who understand this. There are scratches, etc., but since it is a used item, I hope someone who understands this will use it.
Please understand that this is a junk item and agree to no claims or returns (NC/NR).
