Vintage Chinese Embroidered Bird Rank Badge Pillows Possibly Silk Pair 12”

The embroidered fronts have the appearance of traditional Chinese rank badge / Mandarin square textiles and are possibly silk. Fiber content, exact age, origin, and rank badge attribution have not been professionally verified.  Each pillow measures approximately 12” x 12”, including the fringe. Both feature dark embroidered fronts, black satin-like backs, and decorative fringe trim. Please note that the fringe/trim differs somewhat between the two pillows.  Condition: Vintage preowned condition with visible age-related wear. There is fraying and deterioration to portions of the embroidery and fringe, loose threads, fading/discoloration, and some marks/spotting on the black backs. Please examine all photos closely, as they are an important part of the condition description.
