These are custom-made black steel plates from Takeuchi in Osaka.
These are commercial-grade griddle tables that can be used for both Monjayaki and Okonomiyaki.
We used them for about 8 years in our popular restaurant, but we are selling them as we are changing to a sweets business.
The griddle plates will require cleaning, but they are still usable.
Due to dirt and stickiness, we are offering them at a low price.
