This is the Harry Turn, a bag string reverser.
It speeds up the process of reversing bag strings.
It attaches to a sewing machine.
It is secured with a large screw.
It was found in storage.
The item itself has no dirt, but
the container is old.

I have not used it myself, so I do not know how to use it. I couldn't understand even after looking at the instructions.
