Description
Thank you for viewing.

This is a 7MHz, monoband wire dipole antenna. It is lightweight and compact, making it convenient for mobile operation.

Test operation for confirmation of functionality:
On April 26, 2026 (Sunday), I tested it at a nearby park.
Today was the All JA Contest, so the band was crowded.
I made contacts between 18:20 and 18:40.

Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture: RS59
Numata Ward, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture: RS59
Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture: RS59
Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture: RS59

All contacts were made by calling, and I received a callback on the first try. The radio waves seemed to be propagating well.

Operation Method:
I raised the feed point to a height of 4.5m and set the ends at about 2m, creating an inverted V shape. I used an IC-705 transceiver and transmitted at 10W in SSB.

The SWR within the band was below 1.5. I believe it can be used as is, but please adjust the element length if the SWR deviates in your environment.
Please choose a location with as few surrounding obstacles as possible.
If there are power lines or metal fences nearby, the SWR will not decrease.

About the Balun:
I used a simple float balun (sorter balun) structure. A toroidal core of FT-82-43 material is wound with 6 turns of enameled wire (0.7mm) on the inside. The solid wire side is connected to the red terminal, and the braided wire side is connected to the black terminal.

About the Elements:
I used durable Jigei wire, which has excellent heat resistance and flexibility. Although it is equivalent to 0.5sq in thickness, it is sufficient for 10W operation. It is thin and light, making it easy to handle.
Since it is light, simple poles are sufficient.

Packaging and Shipping:
Simple packaging will be used. We appreciate your understanding.
We will ship as soon as possible.

Summary:
As this is a full-size dipole antenna, you can make contacts sufficiently even with 10W.
With good conditions, you may even experience pile-ups.
Why not take this antenna out for mobile operation!
Thank you for your consideration.
