Vintage Hand-Painted Panama pottery mini bud vase 3.5” – terracotta folk art

Add a piece of Central American folk art to your collection with this vintage hand-painted miniature terracotta bud vase from Panama. Estimated to be from the late 20th century (1970s–1990s), this charming little vase features a beautifully textured, speckled cream colored body accented by traditional red and black geometric patterns and stripes. One side has the word PANAMA hand-painted in a stylized block font, displaying its history as a travel market souvenir. The bottom reveals the natural, unglazed, reddish-brown terracotta clay. At approx. 3.5 tall, this is the perfect size for a small sprig of dried flowers, to display on a shelf, or as an accent piece in many different displays. *** One tiny chip on rim as shown in photos. ***
