This is the Genesis Cafe coffee roaster.
Through years of accumulated coffee bean roasting technology, research and development, and performance testing, Genesis has developed its unique 3D Mixing System. The Coffee Bean Roaster equipped with this technology adopts a 3D rotation method and is sold as a home roasting machine in over 30 countries worldwide.
Roasting with hot air up to 250°C and three-dimensional stirring fully brings out the deep flavor and rich aroma of the green beans. The built-in computer manages the heater temperature, airflow, and even the rotation speed of the chamber, ensuring excellent reproducibility of taste.
The entire process from roasting to cooling is fully automated, and you can easily enjoy your own home-roasted coffee by simply setting the temperature and time for roasting.
The chamber stand is missing. There are some burnt marks inside the chamber.
After replacing the cushion between the heat source and the inside of the chamber with new ones, we have roasted approximately 30 batches.
It can be used without any issues.
