Stunning antique Victorian / Art Nouveau reticulated silver-plated vase frame by Forbes Silver Co (late 1890s-1930s). Features gorgeous ornate pierced filigree, openwork details, and a scalloped rim. This was originally an outer sleeve designed for a glass insert/trumpet vase liner (liner not included).
