Fresh bamboo does not keep well, so we will cut and ship the bamboo shortly before your intended use date.

How to use
① Rice: Water = 1:1.2 = 1 go of rice (180cc): 220cc of water
                                = 2 go of rice (360cc) : 440cc of water
Place the mixture in the bamboo and let it sit for about 30 minutes to allow the rice to absorb the water.

② Simply place it over a flame or next to charcoal embers.
*Be careful not to tilt it and keep it horizontal so it doesn't roll. It's round and tends to roll. The contents will spill.
*Even if the bamboo is directly exposed to flames, it will not burn for about 30 minutes. It's okay. Keep the charcoal about 1cm away so it doesn't directly touch the bamboo.
Rough estimates are fine.

③ Cook for about 30 minutes.
*If you're worried, it's okay to open the lid once or twice to check. The lid is not airtight to begin with.

④ Remove from the charcoal embers and let it steam for about 10 minutes. (Important)

*It's quite easy.
Even if it gets burnt, or conversely, is too soft, we believe that even minor failures can become fond memories ♪

*The bamboo will get hot, so please wear work gloves or leather gloves.
