Lightweight Handguard Bottom Rail for PSG-1 (M-LOK Type ver.2) *B-grade with scratches*
This item is being sold as a B-grade product at a reduced price due to scratches incurred during the finishing process.
The scratches are considered minor and should not affect usability.
Please refer to the second image for the condition of the scratches.
This is a lightweight handguard bottom rail (M-LOK Type ver.2) for the Tokyo Marui electric gun PSG-1.
This product was newly designed and manufactured by us using an FDM 3D printer.
Improvements and specification changes have been made from our previous model (old type).
To ensure strength, we used carbon fiber-reinforced PET-based filament and manufactured it with 100% infill density.
The layer thickness pitch is 0.15mm.
The genuine zinc alloy part weighs approximately 150g, while this product (M-LOK Type ver.2) weighs approximately 40g, achieving a weight reduction of about 110g.
Various M-LOK type attachments can be installed.
When a vertical grip is attached, the rail has sufficient strength to support the weight of the PSG-1 by the vertical grip alone.
*Please note that damage may occur if subjected to strong impact.
The rail is designed to be tight to prevent creaking of the handguard.
Therefore, when assembling, we recommend the following procedure for a smoother installation:
1. Temporarily attach the rail to the handguard.
2. Mount the handguard onto the gun.
3. Fully tighten the screws on the handguard.
*Genuine screws will be reused for assembly of this product.

- Please be aware that there may be layer lines, seam lines, and finishing marks inherent to the molding process.
- Do not apply excessive force to the part, such as bending it. It may break.
- The heat resistance temperature is approximately 80°C. It may deform in environments exceeding this temperature.
