Vintage Italian Micro Mosaic Floral Brooch Glass Tesserae Oval Brass Pin

Beautiful vintage oval micro-mosaic brooch featuring a raised floral bouquet surrounded by individually set turquoise, white, and patterned glass tesserae. The warm brass-tone setting is finished with an attractive twisted-rope border.  This piece is unmarked but is consistent with vintage Italian micro-mosaic jewelry. Several tesserae are missing or chipped, particularly around the raised center, and the brass has scratches, discoloration, and age-related patina. The pin and clasp are intact.
