Nikon Film Scanner LS-4000 ED, Super Coolscan 4000.

The power light does not turn on when the switch is flipped.
Additionally, the front panel is damaged and detached.

When I partially opened the exterior and tested it with a multimeter, it seemed that voltage was being supplied to the power unit.

Please consider this for personal repair and use, or for parts.
