This is a car interior rod holder.

It comes with S-hooks on both ends, so you can easily attach it by simply hooking it on without removing the headrests.

It can be attached if the headrest shafts are 15mm or less, so it should fit most domestic cars.

If you are carrying several rods and they tend to sag, or if your car has narrow headrest spacing, you can stretch the rod holder taut by hooking it onto the outer shafts as shown in the picture.
You can also attach the hooks even with rods loaded by simply changing the hooks.
