A striking antique Bedouin-style kohl flask with beautifully engraved decoration throughout. The vessel features a long cylindrical neck, scalloped edging, side suspension loops, and a tethered removable stopper. The overall form closely matches documented Bedouin kohl flasks traditionally used to hold powdered eye cosmetic. A nearly identical example has been cataloged as an Antique Bedouin Large Silver Kohl Flask Necklace. This example does not include the original long necklace chain. Silver-tone / silvered metal. Metal content has not been tested or verified. The interior retains dark age-related residue consistent with historic use. No loose contents observed. Very good antique condition with natural patina, minor oxidation, surface wear, and signs of age. Beautifully preserved engraved details.
