This pair of Saks Fifth Avenue glasses come with a case and are marked titanium. They have a nice rhinestone detail on the side and dark gray marbled ear pieces. Lenses could be swapped out for your prescription or for plain lenses. The left ear piece over extends just a tad. I have not tried to adjust. The case is a hard case with a soft inner lining.
