Victorian Porcelain Trinket Box With Lid

Antique opaque porcelain trinket box with a matching lid, featuring a decorative gold-trimmed rose painted border. Uses include a covered dresser box, trinket dish, or vanity container.  This is a very delicate piece, though it has a double layer of porcelain in the base and 2 holes in the bottom. These were likely for the glazing process. And, as is quite often found, items from the early 1900s are frequently unsigned.  In lovely original condition consistent with age and wear, no chips, flea bites or cracks.
