This is an HDMI-connected wireless mirroring dongle.

Before listing, I connected it to a TV and confirmed that it powers on, outputs via HDMI, and displays the settings screen. As shown in the photos, the blue settings screen is displayed.

You can plug it into the HDMI port of a TV or monitor to display your smartphone, tablet, or PC screen on the TV. It's the type that displays an instruction screen for iOS/Mac, Android, and Windows 10.

*This is not a Google Chromecast. Please consider it as a mirroring device in the MiraScreen / AnyCast / MiraDisplay series.

The accessories included are the main unit and a USB power cable. The box, manual, and AC adapter are not included.

Photos showing the condition of the main unit, HDMI terminal, USB terminal, and Wi-Fi receiver are also posted. As this is a used item, there are some dullness and signs of use on the terminal parts, but it has been confirmed to display on the TV.
