Vintage 1988 Bergamot Brass Works bald eagle belt buckle featuring a detailed three-dimensional soaring eagle on a concave oval background. Made in the USA and marked with the Bergamot Foundry logo, copyright 1988, and model Z-45 on the reverse. This classic American wildlife design displays great sculpted detail and has developed a nice vintage patina from age and use. It remains in good used vintage condition with normal surface wear consistent with age. See photos for details and measurements. Bergamot Brass Works was one of the best-known American buckle makers of the 1970s and 1980s, producing high-quality pewter and plated designs in Wisconsin.
