This is a kōji natsume (incense container) by Sōkō Dōjō, a lacquerware artist born in Ishikawa Prefecture.
It has some minor scuffs inside, which is why it is being offered at a lower price.
The faint red areas shown in photos 7-10 are the scuffs. Please use them as a reference, although the reflections may make them appear dull.
