This is a new Gibson Flying V truss rod cover in white, 3-ply, with gold lettering and gold screws.

It is a white-black-white 3-ply with gold lettering.
The distance between the screw holes is approximately 26mm vertically and 79mm horizontally.
The screw hole spacing was the same size as on the Gibson Flying V I own.
Please refer to the images for details.

Gold mounting screws are included with this item.
