【New】KENCOS Hydrogen Inhaler Starter Set - Retail Price ¥76,450

The photos show a unit that has been removed from the box for photography (the one I use), but please rest assured that the product you will receive is brand new and unopened.

I feel that Kenkos is a wonderful hydrogen inhalation device in terms of both performance and price.

I have incorporated other hydrogen inhalation devices and hydrogen baths, but I believe the advantage of Kenkos is that it is easy to use and can be inhaled anywhere.

I was concerned about the concentration, but in the book The Strongest Hydrogen by Mr. Miyakawa, it is revealed that he himself uses a device with the same concentration of 8ml/min as Kenkos at home.

I also wondered if the newer version of Kenkos might be more powerful, but the generated hydrogen concentration appears to be the same for all Kenkos models.

The electrolytic cell for Kenkos 2 can be purchased from the Aqua Bank online shop. It is cheaper than Kenkos 3 and 4, and is also included in this set.

To feel the effects more, I personally incorporate a breathing rhythm.

My personally recommended method is not to inhale through the mouth:
1. Inhale through the nose for about 4 seconds.
2. Hold your breath for about 8 seconds.
3. Exhale through the mouth for about 8 seconds.

This is recommended not only for hydrogen inhalation but also for actively resting the brain (including the sympathetic nervous system) and refreshing yourself.

This rhythm is easy to get used to, and I personally feel great effects without any discomfort.

This is a method taught by the renowned naturopath Andrew Weil in his book.
