This is a genuine Quick Release Plate Carrier made by EAGLE INDUSTRIES.
The color is khaki.

There are repairs ^_^ Please see photos 13*14.
It does not affect use ^_^

Plates can be inserted in the front and back for use.
Side plates and side soft armor can also be inserted into the cummerbund.
MOLLE webbing is attached in various places, allowing for free attachment of pouches.
It features a quick-release function.

This is an Eagle MBAV late model with the same quick-release function as the MARITIME CIRAS!
While I haven't confirmed its use by the US military,
it appears to have been adopted by the Australian Defence Force special forces, and there are examples of its use.
