Vintage Apollo EPNS Bernard Rice’s Sons 4335 Hammered Silverplate Tray 9”

45.00 $
Description
Vintage Apollo E.P.N.S. silverplate tray by Bernard Rice’s Sons Inc., made in the USA and marked 4335. This beautiful round piece has a heavily hammered/textured surface surrounded by an elaborate scrolling floral border with dark recessed detailing that really emphasizes the pattern. The reverse carries the original manufacturer markings: APOLLO E.P.N.S. Bernard Rice’s Sons Inc. Made in U.S.A. 4335 Measures just over 9 inches in diameter. Vintage pre-owned condition with substantial natural patina/tarnish, surface scratches, spotting and age-related wear throughout. I would not polish this before selling—the aged finish gives the recessed border excellent contrast, and a buyer can polish it to their preference. Please see photos for exact condition. Great for use as a vanity tray, barware tray, candle display, centerpiece, serving piece, or decorative vintage silverplate display. Display stand is not included.
