This bag is in wonderful, highly collectible vintage condition. The glove-tanned leather is incredibly clean, structurally solid, and feels exceptionally soft and supple to the touch. Exterior: The leather maintains a beautiful rich luster. There are some light surface fingernail scuffs and superficial scratches on the lower front panel (as shown closely in photos) and a very gentle storage wave/indentation to the unstructured leather body. Bottom/Piping: Exceptional. The bottom leather panel and rolled piping edges are remarkably clean with virtually none of the heavy rubbing or corner wear typically found on bags of this age. Interior: Very clean, odor-free, and well-maintained.Hardware/Straps: Solid brass buckles are fully functional. Straps are strong and intact.
