Vintage Moriyama SGK Double Gourd Floral Vase Occupied Japan Allied Forces 4in‎

This vintage Moriyama S.G.K. double gourd vase is in excellent pre-owned condition, especially considering its age from the Occupied Japan era (1945–1952). The porcelain is structurally sound with no chips, cracks, or hairline fractures. The glossy white glaze remains bright and serves as a clean backdrop for the hand-painted floral design.  The delicate orange blossoms and red berries are well-preserved, though, as is common with hand-painted vintage pottery, there may be very slight thinning of the pigment or minor kiln specks (tiny dark dots from the firing process) under close inspection. The molded rope and tassel detail around the center is crisp and free of damage. The underside features a clear and legible red Moriyama Allied Forces backstamp.
