Military cap with face cover flap

This is a military cap with a hood-like flap that can cover your face.

It's made of fabric and the flap can be detached from the cap with buttons.

I bought it about 10 years ago at a military surplus store. I loved its unique design and would occasionally take it out just to admire it.

I've forgotten the specifics over time, but it feels like deadstock rather than used. There's Russian writing on the inside, so it might be an actual Russian military item.

It has been stored at home unused since purchase. I've decided to sell it as my hat collection has grown.
