Vietnam Era U.S. Navy G-1 Flight Jacket Spec 55J14 (AER) – Willis & Geiger – Size 42L Early/Mid 1960s Military Contract  Authentic U.S. Navy G-1 flight jacket produced under Bureau of Aeronautics (BUAER) specification 55J14, manufactured by Willis & Geiger Inc., New York, N.Y. Contract No. N383S-39943.  This example dates to approximately 1963–1965 and remains in strong original condition.  Details: • Original goatskin leather with beautiful natural patina • Original brass Talon zipper (period correct) • Original knit waistband and cuffs • Original mouton fur collar • Gold wind flap stamp intact • Size 42 Long  The leather remains supple with no structural damage. Knits show minimal wear. Zipper functions smoothly. No modern alterations or replacements observed.  A true Vietnam-era military contract example — not a reproduction.
