■ P2 (Pi-Tsū) - Water-repellent, slippery, fast-resistant material
Polypropylene fiber, which Asics successfully adopted for the first time in the world for competitive swimwear, is a low-resistance material that repels water and allows you to glide through it, unlike conventional polyester or nylon fibers (0% water absorption). It does not swell in water, ensuring a snug fit while swimming. Its reliability is unforgettable once you try it. Furthermore, its lower specific gravity inspires swimmers to imagine a water-borne stroke, making it a positive material for finalists.
