Wajima-nuri Four Bowls Lacquerware Japanese Genuine Lacquer Wooden Gold Rim Red ①

This is a set of four bowls: a rice bowl, a soup bowl, a flat bowl, and a pot-shaped bowl.
The flat bowl and pot-shaped bowl are decorated with a帯状 (obi-jō) or band-shaped decorative turning called katsura.
These are very old, antique items.
In their time, they were a set used as guest tableware for important events such as ceremonies and formal occasions.
How about using them for celebratory gatherings or tea ceremonies?
Considering they are antiques, the condition is very good, and the lacquer is still shiny.
There are some minor, inconspicuous scratches.
The color is a slightly darker vermilion than shown in the images.
The storage bags are dirty and damaged.
We appreciate your understanding of antique items.
Immediate purchase is welcome.
