Pure silk, lined, crepe solid color kimono, with three crests, madder red
★Price Reduction: 9000⇨8000⇨Spring Sale 7000 yen
This is a crepe Iromuji kimono with three family crests, dyed from white fabric to my preferred madder red.
The crepe is of high quality, with a substantial weight and thickness.
The color is a calm and elegant madder red, neither truly red nor orange. However, it appears redder in the photos than it actually is. The madder red of the obiage in photo 5 is closest to the actual color.
It was worn once for a celebratory tea ceremony and has since been professionally cleaned (photo 10).
While there are some minor wrinkles from wear and storage, it is a beautiful item with no stains or dirt.
Would be perfect for special occasions such as graduation ceremonies, entrance ceremonies, weddings, tea ceremonies, shrine visits, and Shichi-Go-San celebrations.
This is a pre-owned item stored at home (in a paulownia chest) and inspected by an amateur. Those who are sensitive or seek perfection should refrain from purchasing. Thank you for your understanding.
*Items other than the kimono are not included. If you wish to purchase this kimono along with an obi that I am also selling, I will offer a discount excluding duplicate shipping costs. Please comment before purchasing.
I am 160 cm tall and usually wear a US size 9-11 in Western clothing.
