This item was acquired due to a move.
I have carefully cleaned and confirmed the operation of this unit.
The drying area, drum area, and all lower pipes were removed and cleaned with a high-pressure washer to remove mold and dust.
*The drum itself was stuck and could not be removed, so I accessed it through the gaps on the sides and top/bottom. This resulted in approximately 90% removal of debris compared to a complete disassembly and cleaning.
The gasket on the drain pan cover has been replaced with a new one to prevent water leaks.
Regarding the exterior, there are minor scratches if you look closely. Overall, it is in beautiful condition. However, the lid of the lint filter has a crack, and there are signs of repair with adhesive by the previous owner. I have opened and closed it about 20 times during transport and use, and it has not come off. Furthermore, even if it were to come off, it would not affect operation. It should be fine as long as you don't apply excessive force, but it will be considered outside of warranty.
*I considered purchasing a replacement part, but it was stated that it would take up to about a month, so I gave up.
*The part number and name are [BD-SX110CL-049] Lint Filter Cover (N). It costs around 2000 yen.
After all the work was completed, I ran two test washes: one with 10 new face towels and another with regular everyday clothes. The cycle times were almost the same as the initial start time, and the drying was completely effective. Also, there was no loud noise or abnormal sound from the drying motor, which is common in Hitachi drums.
The accessories are all shown in the photos. Some are unused.
