33.99 $
Description
1. A good luck charm from Hagurosan Shrine, one of the Dewa Sanzan in Yamagata Prefecture. A figurine designed with a character resembling a karasu-tengu (crow-billed goblin) with a black face. 2. Akabeko, a traditional toy from the Aizu region of Fukushima Prefecture. 3. Sarubobo, a good luck charm for warding off evil, meaning baby in the Hida region dialect of Gifu Prefecture. These three items were purchased over 45 years ago and have been displayed for a long time, so they have dirt and scratches commensurate with their age. They have been carefully stored, and we are looking for someone to cherish them.
