Vintage 1960s Omega Ladies 18K Gold Manual Wind Watch WORKS

**CONDITION:**  My apologies for the pictures not being clear on the inside of the watch. I did not know the value while taking photos & did not want to chance messing up opening again for more photos  Pre-owned vintage condition with age-related wear, scratches, patina and discoloration as shown. Watch is currently running/working when wound. Accuracy and power reserve have not been professionally tested, and service history is unknown. Sold as a vintage mechanical watch with no guarantee of future accuracy or performance. Please review all photos carefully for condition.  Beautiful vintage ladies OMEGA Swiss mechanical cocktail/dress wristwatch.  The inside of the original OMEGA case is clearly stamped **18K / 0.750**, indicating an 18-karat gold case. The interior is also signed **OMEGA WATCH CO., FAB. SUISSE, SWISS MADE** with additional case/reference numbers and Swiss markings visible in the photographs.  The mechanical manual-wind OMEGA movement is shown in the included photograph.
