Up for sale is a beautiful matching set of three genuine 1930s depression glass luncheon/salad plates. Made by the Hazel-Atlas Glass Company, these pieces feature the gorgeous Florentine No. 1 pattern (commonly known as the Poppy pattern). The design pairs a crisp geometric octagonal outer rim with a lovely, intricate pressed/etched floral design radiating from a central medallion.Because they are clear glass, they blend beautifully with any modern tablescape while adding a touch of authentic antique charm! Measurements:Diameter: Approximately 8.5 inches across (Luncheon / Salad plate size) Condition:Excellent vintage pre-owned condition. There are no chips, cracks, or structural defects. The clear glass has wonderful clarity. As with all true 1930s kitchen glassware, light surface utensil marks or faint manufacturing straw marks may be present under close inspection.
