This item comes from an old kimono shop.
This is a listing for an antique emon-gake (kimono hanger) from the early Showa period.
While there are minor scratches, it features a simple design with beautiful natural-colored solid wood grain. The lower part has a design reminiscent of sliding door paintings, making it a rare and very atmospheric piece.
One hook is missing (please refer to image 5), so it is listed at a low price including shipping.
Would be great for home use, store fixtures, or events.
There is some paint peeling, but as this is an antique item, please understand that it has the character of an old item.
