Wild Bird Society of Japan Birdwatching Long Boots 3L (28cm)

There is white powder on the surface of the rubber, but this is not a quality issue. It will naturally wear off after a few uses.
This is a protective agent contained in natural rubber that appears as white powder on the surface. It is a material that helps prolong the life of the rubber and does not indicate a quality problem.

I usually wear 27.5cm sneakers, but these fit without any issues.
