Description
STOTT PILATES Merrithew ARC Barrel (Excellent Condition - Original Box Included)
This is a STOTT PILATES (Merrithew) ARC Barrel (Pilates Arc Barrel).
I purchased it around 2019 for home training when I was attending a studio, but I'm selling it because I've shifted my focus to strength training and haven't used it much.
It's highly effective for thoracic extension and back stretching, making it ideal for posture improvement and conditioning. It also helped improve my range of motion for bench presses.
It has been used infrequently and is in excellent condition overall.
I'm letting it go because I no longer have the space for it due to my current living situation, and I can achieve sufficient conditioning with a stretching pole, circle, and toning ball.
