Pilates & Core Training

Due to personal circumstances,
this item will be disposed of at the end of March.

I used this for posture correction and personal training, but I am offering it to someone who will cherish it as I am decluttering my space.

Original Price: ¥64,000

■ Oov (Woov)
Unlike stretch poles or spine correctors, its unique ergonomic curve fits the spine. Simply by sitting on it, it creates an unstable environment that unconsciously activates the deep core muscles (multifidus, transverse abdominis, diaphragm).

• Cleaned and Disinfected:
Thoroughly disinfected with alcohol for this listing.

• Good Working Condition:
There are some minor scuffs from use and slight abrasions characteristic of the material, but there is no damage that affects its functionality, and it can still be used for a long time.

■ Recommended for:
• Pilates and Yoga Instructors
• Trainers aiming to align their body from the spine
• Those seeking to improve bow legs or posture

Please consider this item as used.
