Vintage 1980s Traffic Light Earrings Stop Sign Turn Signal Mismatched Statement

Fantastic vintage mismatched statement earrings, likely dating to the 1980s, featuring a whimsical traffic/street-sign motif.  One earring features an oversized black hoop with a dangling traffic light and octagonal “STOP” stud. The coordinating earring features a red STOP sign stud with colorful faceted bead dangles, a hand-lettered TURN sign, and dangling traffic light. The intentionally mismatched design gives these a wonderfully playful Memphis-era / wearable-art feel.  Constructed primarily of lightweight plastic/acrylic components with metal findings and post backs. The traffic lights feature dimensional red, yellow and green lenses.
