Pearl 14x5.5 Snare Drum, Made in Japan, Steel Shell

This is a Pearl snare drum, likely from the early 1980s.
I received it from a senior drummer a long time ago, but now I have other main snare drums and don't have the opportunity to play this one, so I'm selling it as part of my equipment clear-out.
It's 14 inches x 5.5 inches.

I played it in a studio for this listing, and it produced a great steel shell sound.
It cuts through even distorted guitar sounds.
I think it would be good for rock, pop, and similar genres.

It has an internal muffler, so you can easily fine-tune the resonance by turning the knob.

The internal muffler, snare on/off, and snare tension adjustment all work without any issues.

If I had to point out any flaws, they would be:
1. One of the tension bolts is a different type.
2. The batter head is deteriorated (dirty).
As it is an old item, there are also some minor rust spots and pitting on the plated parts.
