Kurry is a graphic artist based in Osaka since 2009. They have been active in providing designs for musicians and collaborating with fashion brands and select shops.

The exhibition New youk (a misspelling of New York) explores the theme of a city born from a mistake. Kurry intentionally leaves in elements that might seem like errors during the creation process, such as misaligned lines, shapes that appear to be mistakes, or areas that seem to have bled out. By repeating this process, they aim to express the discovery of unexpected places that weren't the original destination, and the pleasant new encounters that can arise from occasional mistakes in everyday life.
