Vintage Japan Red Enamel Fondue Pot Serv Wood Hardwood Base MCM

Vintage Japanese red enamel fondue set with a beautiful mid-century look. Features a glossy red enameled metal pot with white enamel interior, matching vented lid, turned wooden side handle and wooden lid knob. The pot rests on a black metal warming stand and substantial hand-carved hardwood serving base.  The wooden base retains its original “Serv Wood – Japan – Pat. Pend. – Hand Carved Hardwood” label and features paired holes around the perimeter designed to hold fondue forks/skewers.  Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition with age-appropriate wear. Red enamel remains bright and glossy with some small chips/marks, particularly near the handle attachment, along with minor surface wear. Interior shows some use marks. Wood has light scratches, finish variation and other signs of age. Please review photos closely as they are part of the condition description.
