Description
This is a print titled Opera House from the illustrated book Concert of Angels, which features 29 lithographs created by Dufy for a collection of essays by music critic Jean Vitold (1913-1966), a close friend of Dufy. The book was published in 1963, ten years after Dufy's death. This lithograph was printed by Charles Sorlier, a master printer at the Mourlot Atelier in Paris, and is one of only 305 copies produced.
The lithograph measures approximately 54 x 36 cm, and the antique gold wooden frame measures approximately 73 x 55 cm. Both the lithograph and the frame are free of scratches and stains.
