Antique Blue & White Dutch Girl Pitcher Ironstone Creamer Windmill Ombre Glaze
White
Antique Blue & White Dutch Girl Pitcher Ombré Glaze, Unmarked Charming vintage ironstone/stoneware pitcher featuring a hand-transferred Dutch girl scene a young girl in traditional dress carrying tulips, with a windmill and countryside in the background. Both sides of the body are decorated with matching blue floral medallions. The upper body, spout, and handle have a lovely blue-to-white ombré (sponged/airbrushed) glaze that fades into the white lower body. The pitcher has a squared, paneled body shape with an angular handle and pointed spout a classic early-to-mid 20th century diner-ware/farmhouse style. Condition: No makers marks or stamps on the base appears to be unmarked. There are a couple of small glaze flakes/chips along the bottom edge (see close-up photos for exact location and size). Otherwise no cracks, no crazing, and the transferware design remains crisp and clear. Normal light shelf/age wear consistent with a vintage piece. Dimensions: Please refer to photos for scale 6.5 tall Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the description. Ask any questions before purchasing. Smoke-free home. Will be carefully double-boxed with extra padding around the handle and spout for safe shipping.
