Joe Weaver Signed Miniature Canvasback Duck Decoy Hand Carved Wood Folk Art

Charming miniature hand-carved wooden canvasback drake, signed Joe Weaver on the underside. This smaller-scale decorative decoy features detailed carved feather texturing throughout, a reddish-brown head, black breast and bill, cream-colored body, dark wings and gray tail. Finished with inset glass-style eyes and a green felt-covered base. Unlike a full-size working decoy, this piece was made in a miniature display size, making it an attractive example of decorative sporting and wildlife art. The underside is hand signed Joe Weaver. An older $20.50 price sticker also remains on the base. Good vintage condition with light age-related surface wear and small marks. Please review all photographs for exact condition. A great addition to a collection of miniature duck decoys, hand-carved birds, canvasback memorabilia, sporting art, hunting collectibles or American folk art. See photos for condition and measurements. Ships next day, excluding Sundays.
