Vintage Soviet USSR Aluminum Turka Cezve Turkish Coffee Pot 300ml Pre-1979

Vintage Soviet USSR Aluminum Turka / Cezve – 300 ml Original vintage coffee pot brought from the Soviet Union to the United States in 1979. It was acquired in the USSR before 1979 and has been kept as a vintage household item. This is a traditional turka (турка), also known as a cezve, used for preparing Turkish-style coffee. Measurements: * Height of pot: approximately 3⅞” * Bottom diameter: approximately 3½” * Top opening: approximately 2½” * Capacity: approximately 300 ml (about 10 fl oz / 1⅓ U.S. cups) * Long metal handle: approximately 8½” total following its bent shape Material: Aluminum Markings: Completely unmarked. There are no manufacturer’s marks, stamps, logos or inscriptions anywhere on the pot. Condition: Vintage/pre-owned condition with visible age-related discoloration, oxidation/patina and surface marks from use and storage. I found one tiny bend, superficial- not deep - that does not change the functionality or overall look. Please examine all photographs carefully, as the photographs are an important part of the description. A charming example of utilitarian Soviet-era kitchenware and an interesting piece of everyday material culture from the USSR. Will ship in a box.
