Flat Lay Measurements: Chest (Pit-to-Pit): 9.5 in  Length: 14.5 in  Condition & Flaw Details (Please See Photos):  Small frayed area on the collar.  A small, frayed open seam measuring approximately 1/2 inch on the left side panel next to the smocked bodice border. Needs a few simple hand stitches to mend.  Fabric Spots (Front & Back): There are a few small, scattered vintage storage blemishes.
