Highest quality Hitokoshi Chirimen

This is a crepe fabric woven with right-twist and left-twist yarns alternating in the weft (horizontal threads), and untwisted warp (vertical threads).

Woven with extremely fine threads, the fabric is thin, and the delicate patterns are brought to life.
A very nice matching hakkei (lining for the lower part of the kimono) of the same color is included.

This fine chirimen looks like rinzu (figured silk) with a moderate silk sheen, making it a high-class and easy-to-wear kimono.

This is an unworn item with the stitches still in place.

Suitable for:
Hatsumiyamairi (first shrine visit for a baby), Shichi-Go-San (celebration for children aged three, five, and seven), entrance ceremonies, graduation ceremonies,
formal occasions, tea ceremonies, dinner parties, and theater visits.
