The metal base shows tarnish, discoloration, staining, light scratching, blemishes, and other surface wear consistent with age and previous display.  Please note: while the clock was being moved for additional photographs, the suspension wire that supports the pendulum pulled free from the small metal clamping plates that secure the wire and connect it to the pendulum assembly. The small metal plate/connector remains present and retains the pins on each side that engage with and hold the pendulum in position. The wire itself has pulled free from the clamping plates.  The winding key is also missing, so the clock cannot be wound and has not been tested for operation or timekeeping. Mechanical functionality is unknown. Please review all photos carefully for the clock’s overall cosmetic condition.
