Waka Tanka Poem Card. Poet: Hironaka Shigeyoshi. The Hironaka family were physicians to the Toyama domain of Ecchu for generations. Poet of the late Edo period.

Poet: Shigenori Hironaka studied under Tsuda Shindai and Ozawa Roan, physicians of the Toyama domain in Etchu, for generations. He taught the way of poetry to the domain lord Toshinaga Maeda and his mother, Jisen-in.
Died in June, Bunsei 11. His pen name was Jiken.
